Auto nest is the modern equipment to automatically collect and clean eggs, the function is to
deliver the clean eggs to egg-collecting table smoothly by conveyor belt ,reducing labor costs.

egg laying hens,broiler breeders and layers, the main layout as follows:
Design concept
1 Nest with large space, simultaneously accommodate 4-5.5 chicken to lay eggs (peak period
can accommodate 8-10 birds)
2 Soft and comfortable nest bottom, breathable and smoothsides and top, to creat the
comfortable and safe environment.
3 a red curtainin front of the nest, attracting flocks to lay eggs, ensuring internal flocks free from
outside interference
Reduce breakage rate and improve hatc hability
1 Needle nest structure to ensure the new eggs not touch any foreign body, to protect the egg
surface not polluted
2 After completion of laying, eggs quickly slipping into the square hole conveyor belt,
avoiding thechickens to peck eggs
