    A: Usually the quotation will be sent to you within one working day upon all product details being clear.

2) Q : How long is the mass production lead time?
     A : Normally 10-12days. Rush order is available.
 
3) Q : Can I get a sample before bulk production?
    A : Yes. Usually we will make a pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will
be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.

4) Q: How long can I get the pre-production sample?
     A : After all details (material, design) being confirmed and the sample fees received, the sample lead
time will be within 3 days and Express delivery takes around 3-4 days.
 
5) Q: Is the sample charge refundable?
     A : Yes, normally the sample charge is refundable when you have placed you order,but the sample shipping freight should be deducted.
 
6) Q: what kind of paper can I choose?
     A : We offer almost all kninds of paper available in the market, such as wood-free paper, art paper, kraft paper, paper cardboard, etc. We'll let you know if the paper your require is very special, and we can find out a solution together.
