Introduction about machine:

This machine has a compact structure. It is convenient to assemble and disassemble main bearing seats. The wearing parts adopt wear-resistant material and the extrusion part uses variable cylinder bore and variable pitch. This machinefeatures a large extrusion pressure, a high degree of vacuum, a large installed capacity and significant dynamic efficiency and energy-saving effect.

Advantages:
1. All steel structural design: Hopper, vacuum chamber, reducer, etc.; blanking via CNC cutting machine; gas shielded welding and annealing treatment making the whole machine's rigidity greatly increased.
2. According to the brick machine's features of heavy load and low rotary speed, the upper and the lower stages adopt double circle-arc teeth and special transmission case with a middle-hard tooth surface; the big gearwheel adopts thermal refining; and center shaft gear adoptshigh frequency quenching and gear grinding treatment, which improves the gear's 
durability and carrying capacity and makes transmission more stable.
3. Special upper transmission case installs the counter-gear hobbings into a case and boasts a more compact structure and more sufficient lubrication. A clamping coupling is used to connect the right and left upper shafts, making overhaul and maintenance more convenient without opening the case.
4. A three-stage four-shaft special reducing transmission case is adopted; the speed reducing ratio is more suitable for brick extruders. This machine with a slow speed of revolution is more labor-saving. Four-stage motor is designed to use, saving about 30% motor costs for users.
5. Unique main bearing seat design makes the brick machine's recoil load bearing distribution more scientific and the brick machine bear greater pressure. An open-close type of bearing seat makes the maintenance of main bearing seat more convenient. And the use of variable cylinder bore and variable spiral screw pitch can obtain increased extrusion force, making adobe effect better.
6. High-chromium alloy wear-resistant screw is used. The upper adopts a wear-resisting mixing blade structure. Both the screw and mixing blade can be interchanged with the welded mixing blade and welded screw. Service life is greatly prolonged; maintenance personnel's labor strength is also reduced; and over 20% maintenance costs are saved.
