China Aviation Titanium Co., Ltd was founded in March, 2011. It was joint-invested by AVIC Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials and Zibo Sanlin New Materials Co., Ltd and specialized in manufacturing Titanium alloy and Nickel alloy casting ingot, slab, plate, tubes and rod bars etc which can be widely used as military and civil materials in the area of aviation, aircraft, marine, chemical and petrochemical industrials. The initial investment was 320 million RMB, now the company has an production capacity of 5000t Titanium alloy and Nickel alloy casting ingot, rods, plate, forged bars and 5000t High-temp alloy casting ingot, rods, plate, tubes and so on. The nickel alloy workshop covers an aera of 240000, the number of employees reaches to 200. The AVIC academician workstation located here which can supply technical support to our production.

The company concludes three production line: Titanium&Nickel alloy and high-temp alloy casting ingot smelting; Large-standard rods forging and blanks heating treatment. It also furnished with department of electrode suppressing, mechanical processing, sample cutting, blank polishing, module manufacturing, physical and chemical inspecting. We imported vacuum self-consuming smelting furnace of 3t, 5t, 8t, 12t and 4t vacuum induction furnace, 4t ESR furnace from Germany ALD Company; Automatic weighting and mixing material system from Germany OAS Company; 2500 precision forging machine from Luna, Austria; And also equipped with a serious of machine such as 150t car-type heating furnace, 5t electro-hydraulic hammer, 1T air hammer; 6000t oil pressing machine, Jimmy's 20 rollers cold rolling mill etc.

The company has achieved several honors in the past few years: A National Science and Technology Achievements, Nine Ministry Science and Technology Achievements, Six Authorized National Invention Patent. During the 12th five-year period, our company shared many scientific research projects with AVIC Beijing Institute.
