1. Brief introduction
Based on KZ-300D instrument series of temperature-measured, oxygen-given,
carbon-fixed by micro-computer and combined with years of experience in industrial
field as well as the advantages of similar foreign advanced products, the series of
KZ-300E temperature-measured, oxygen-given, carbon-fixed instruments by
microcomputers are developed. The product functions have reached the advanced
level of similar products in the world with the easily operating Chinese menus,
reliable quality, perfect post-sales service which make a number of large-scale steel
mills adopt the products to replace the imported products in the country. The
performances of the products are in full compliance with the technical requirements
and are well received. The host engine is equipped with high-reliability Intel
processor with international standard chassis. It features the world's most advanced
industrial-used color touch screen with a wide range of operating temperature, long
span of life, large viewing angle and strong on-site adaptability. The instruments can
be connected with large-screen monitors, standard access color, black, white printers
and micro-printers which provide analog and digital signal output interface as well as
the optional PROFIBUS-DP field bus interface. The instruments can be equipped with
quick temperature-measured thermocouple, fast oxygen-given detector, crystalline
carbon-fixed sampling cup, continuous temperature-measured detector and continuous
oxygen-given detector that the liquid metals are surveyed during which the dynamic
display curves can be measured, the historical curves can be stored.
