CR grafted adhesive for footwear materials, special for vulcanisation shoes.

The working process for vulcanisation leather boots as below,
1 Brush rubber primer item HN-223R to the rough surface treating of rubber outsole.
2 After primer drying, brush our grafted CR adhesive item HN-668A, before brush adhesive, we need put into 3% RC together to improve the bonding power. Means 100 kgs adhesive with 3 kgs RC together.
Applicatons,
Suitable for the forming in footwear production line and the bonding of genuine leather / TPR or genuine leather / rubber. Particularly for canvas shoes and vulcanized genuine leather shoes.
Package: 3 or 15kgs in net weight per drum.
