Features:
The enrobing line is used to enrobe chocolate on various food products such as biscuit, wafers, egg rolls, cake pie and snacks etc. Cooling tunnel is available in this complete line. It can also coat chocolate on bottom-side for your option.
1. The machine is a special equipment which is used for producing assorted chocolates. It can coat chocolates in the surface of many kinds of kinds of foods.
2. Such as candy, case and biscuit et, chocolate product have many various flavors
3. It can coat chocolates think liquid in the surface of many kinds of kinds of foods
Material: All stainless stell or parts to contact chocolate are stainless steel, the outside parts are painted carbon steel.
For optional function, we can make following units on machine as requested.
1. Belt conveyer (before enrober or after cooling tunnel for buffer)
2. Wafer feeder (at front of enrober to feeding regular wafer automatically)
3. Wafer turn-over unit (turn product over after coating chocolate on bottom side of production and before go to cooling tunnel)
4. Granulars spreader and cleaner (spread crushed nuts or sesame on products and clean the extra nuts or sesame on belt)
5. Decorator (to make curves/waves/lines of cream or chocolate on products)
Wooden packing
1. Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check
2. After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine
3. Packing: A. Inside the machine put desiccant b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine, Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel
4. Container: According to different products for reinforcement

1. Free training of macine installion, operation and maintenance will be provided by our engineer.
2. Some spare parts will be sent with the machine for free. It is available to buy the parts from us forever at low price.
