CIP system is full-automatic self case unit, containing a water tank, an acid tank, a lye tank, some necessary pumps, valves and a set of monitor devices, such as temperature sensor, density sensor and liquid level sensor and so on. CIP unit contains self-automatic control program, including completed cleaning process. The program includes all-process cleaning program, acid cleaning program and lye cleaning program. Both of the cleaning water and the dissolvent is acceptable for CIP system. The temperature and the desity of the cleaning water can be enacted and controlled accurately. What is more, the density of the cleaning solution can be mixed automatically.
