Product Description
According to requirement for development of water sensitive oil, develop clay stabilizer based on original anti-swelling agent. The product has functions to prevent hydration and swelling as well as dispersion and transfer of clay minerals in reservoir layer obviously. In addition, it enables the swelled clay to reduce its swelling volume and recover the oil layer permeability. The molecular weight of the product is small and applicable to low permeability oil-gas layer. Its unique rigid structure can enter interlayer of clay minerals and play the role in anti-swelling and shrinking under the action of various chemical forces.
Product Application
The product has stable performance and low concentration for use. It is simple and convenient for field construction, which is mainly added into injecting water, fracturing fluid and acidizing.
Product Dosage and Usage
(1)The dosage of the product is 1~3%. The user can determine the dosage as required.
(2)Slowly add the product according to designed dosage of anti-swelling and shrinking agent with mixing. Mix properly before use.
Packing and Storage
Packed in plastic buckets with the net weight of 250kg(551lb); the solid is packed in knitted bags with net weight of 30kg(66lb) or packed as required by the user; stored in cool and dry places with warranty period of two years. The product is non-dangerous product, which can be treated as the regular liquid during the transport.
