CNC busbar bending machine SHCNC-BB-40-2.0
1)The machine adopt closed type bending structure ,X-axis and Y-axis adopts line guides to guarantee the precision and avoid the disadvantage of open type bending, and guarantee the consistency in the width direction of the processing angle.
2) The Max. stroke of X-axis is 2000mm,and this can widen the unilateral length of processing, and increase the scope of the workpiece.
3)When vertical bending, the die has an automatic function of clamping and releasing so as to guarantee the flatness of processing plane and reduce the injury of curved arcuate.
4)The used software can be connected with punching-shearing machine. As for the very bending workpiece, it can find the bending times automatically to realize auto program. It also can imitate the bending process and avoid the fault of bending position according to the imitation of placing busbar.
