Product Description
The coal used to make coke entered carbonation room from the coaling hole at the top of coke furnace or pusher side, in the coking furnace through burning of coal gas to heat, in the burning process, coal material fusion and resolve, generated gas state escape from the rise pipe of carbonation room top, lead into gas purification processing system, can get chemical products and gas, residues in carbonization room solidified into coke. After purification gas lead into combustion chamber form 1000º C high temperature, normally directly through the chimney discharged into the atmosphere, but has big environmental pollution, and has a lot of energy and severe losses. At present through flue lead the high temperature gas into waste heat boiler, absorb the smoke heat, produce the user needed parameters of steam for power generation or heating, and reduce the gas temperature below 200 º C, again through desulfurization system discharge into air, and greatly reduce the pollution to the environment.
Technical features
