1. Introduction
JN series vertical-shaft concrete mixers adopt vertical-shaft blades for concrete mixing and also are named as rotary planetary concrete mixers. They makes compulsory mixing by the planetary axis with blades which is installed in the mixing barrel. The rotation of planetary axis can extrude and blend the material to conduct a series of composite actions.
They have the following advantages: compact structure, smooth transmission, innovative style, high efficiency, economy and durability,and can be widely used in dry type concrete batching plant and block precast industry, various civil building works and construction projects.
2. Feature
1) The discharging door is equipped with limit switches, which can be opened at any angle
2) Equipped with a mechanical coupling and a hydraulic coupling, which can protect the transmission devices from overloads and impacts.
3) Both revolution and rotation of mixing blades ensure the homogeneity of the material.
4) According to various demands of customers, the discharging door can be operated hydraulically, pneumatically or manually.
5) It's convenient for maintenance and there is no leakage problem at the shaft end.
3. Application
Planetary concrete mixers widely apply to produce precast concrete, common commercial concrete and high performance concrete. It is suitable for mixing dry hard concrete and are widely used in the production of building blocks and various kinds of prefabricated factory, construction site, road, bridge, airport, tunnel and many other projects. It is also suitable for water conservancy , the electric power , the railroad, the road , the harbor-wharf and so on.
