Contiuously Variable Transmission Training Sets
1. Introduction
The training platform select Honda FIT CVT automatic transmission assembly, with complete accessories, all parts are original parts, production quality management according to requirement of ISO9001: 2008 standards, different gear of CVT automatic transmission can be completed. Suitable for the automatic transmission construction and maintenance of schools and vocational technical training and senior automotive training institutions, practice teaching, can meet training project of electronically controlled automatic transmission structures, teaching theory, fault diagnosis, fault set and trouble shooting and assessment.
2. Basic Configuration
Honda Fit CVT assembly, electronic control unit (power system control modules, sensors, solenoid valves), hydraulic control mechanism, three-phase induction motor, inverter, ignition switch, power switch, shift mechanism assembly, OBDII diagnostic interface, measurement panel, fault setting system and mobile frame, manual and training guide book and other components.
3. Features
1. Demonstrates CVT is working properly or not, experiments of the inverter to achieve gear lift of transmission at different input speeds;
2. LED to show shifting process of simulation engine speed, vehicle speed and loading;
3. With a combined instruments, display speed, vehicle speed, the main oil gallery change when gear lifting in different circumstances;
4. LED indicator, digital meter, hydraulic meter shows the shift status, operating continuously variable transmission: Parking, reverse, neutral running, forward gear, second gear and low speed operation;
5. Training sets control the continuously variable transmission output shaft by caliper disc brake system;
6. The training sets are equipped with automatic transmission system colored schematics and detection terminal, various signal parameters of the sensors, solenoid valves can be detected by special instruments. For example, voltage, resistance, frequency, etc;
7. The training units equipped with diagnostic communication link can be connected to a dedicated or general- auto decoders, automatic transmission system for read fault codes, clear fault codes read the data stream and other diagnostic functions;
8. Fault setting and assessment system ( see fault setting and assessment function description);
9. Training sets rotational positions are equipped with safety shields to avoid security risk;
10. Mobile device with locking casters which easy to move and facilitate to teach.
4. Training Content
1. Structures and working process training of CVT;
2. Neutral gear start, forward gears, reverse run training under different gears of CVT;
3. The main oil pressure, speed, speed changes comparative training with different gear of CVT;
4. Schematic analysis training of CVT circuit;
5. Control unit fault code reader, clear DTCs, read data stream training of CVT;
6. Fault diagnosis and confirmation training of CVT;
7. Fault setting and trouble-shooting training of CVT;
8. Practical training and theoretical examinations of CVT.
