This equipment mainly consists of homogenizing main Kettle (kettle's cover lifting together with the stirrer, and overturn body), water-phase pot, oil-phase pot, agitators, vacuum system, electric heating/steam heating system with temperature control, electrical control etc. It is special equipment for making top grade cream, pharmaceutical ointment, unguent, shampoo, lotion etc.
Design highlights:
The pot cover and the stirring system takes the form of automatic lift up & fall down. The material in water pot and oil pot is sucked into emulsifying pot is designed to be tilted over in case to dump products. The material can be heated by electrical heater with help of heat-conductive medium. The heat temperature can be set and automatically controlled.
Material cooling is available. It is easy to operate, and there is temperature insulation layer between inner and outer. Different stirrer models can be used simultaneously or individually. All the processes of crushing, emulsifying, mixing, stirring and dispersing can be accomplished within short time. The touching material parts are made of stainless steel(steel SUS316L is used for pharmaceutical purpose, and surface mirror polished), the vacuum stirrer equipment is in accordance with GMP standard. It is best for the production of ointment, cream, Cosmetic, etc.
