Emulsifying volume: 30L, 50L, 75L, 100L, 150L, 250L, 300L, 500L, 1000L, 1500L.
Vacuum emulsifying machine is composed of vacuum homogeneous emulsifier, homogeneous boiler,
Dual direction scraping mixers, vacuum system, electrical heating, steam heating temperature-control system, electric cap-hoisting system, electric control cabinet, etc.
It is special equipment for cosmetics, emulsions, medical ointment, and liquid cream.
All contacts are made of quality stainless steel (316L for Pharmaceutical, inside surface treatment:
Mirror polishing, sanitation and clean vacuum and mixing device, that accord with GMP standard. )
