D S 619 A-120 single-station hydraulic flat embosser adopts heating, pressurization and timing to form embossing for various leathers, the quality of embossing is good and the efficiency is high, and the machine has mobile operation table which insures the operation safe and convenient.
D S 619 A-120 adopts advanced oil circuit optimization structure design, uses oil pump with high pressure and small flow, which makes the machine have enough pressure and high productivity.

Maintenance
1). The actions of this machine's oil cylinder and valve are frequent, the pressure is much higher, so the cylinder's airtight packing is easier to be damaged. If you find the pressure drops obviously (Observe the indication of pressure gauge) during the course of pressing, you should check whether the cylinder's airtight packing is damaged or should change a new airtight packing.
2). The hydraulic oil of this machine uses No. 68 wear-resistant oil. You should clear the oil basin every half year, change or filtrate the oil, and clean the oil-filter.
3). The elements of integrated block parts of this machine are all adjusted before leaving the factory, and the non-professional personnel may not adjust them at will.
4). You should timely add grease to lubricate the guide bar and the big piston.
5). Do not let the oil cylinder stay on the upper top under the state of not working. If the cylinder can't fall which is caused by the reason of power cut, you should loosen the drain valve in the integrated block parts, drop the cylinder to bottom, then screw down the socket screw inside the drain valve.
