Product use:
This product is appropriate for intelligent control of start and stop of various kinds of DC motors (especially high-power motors exceeding 10KW) and is mainly applied to control of DC oil pumps at heat-engine plants, such as DC lube oil pumps of main engine and small motors, hydrogen-side and airside DC sealing oil pumps. As an upgraded product of traditional control modes, it is featured by advanced operating principle, safety and reliability, simple structure, low failure rate and convenient maintenance etc.
DC oil pump motor control cabinets can be widely applied to: control of DC motors in power plants' DC oil lubrication system, control of water pumps in chemical enterprises' reaction still water cooling system and control of water pumps in smelting, casting induction furnaces' water cooling system. It can realize smooth soft start and operation of DC motors and can be applied to fields like speed regulation of various DC input motors and excitation system. 
Functional characteristics
1. Eliminating impacts and interference with DC power supply system when starting is implemented via traditional starting modes;
2. Eliminating all kinds of shortages caused by using DC contactors to control switching;
3. Since digital PWM switch mode is used, no electric energy loss or heat is caused in the starting process;
4. It realizes stepless start and stop of DC motors perfectly and working current rises or decreases smoothly according to an optimal control curve;
5. Remote or on-site operating modes are flexible and convenient and it can also link with the signal that pressure of the mother pipe is low to start DC oil pumps;
6. It has two control modes including manual mode and Chinese (English) touch liquid crystal display (LCD) and can give real-time display of operating parameters and record various fault messages. Parameter setting is convenient and rapid;
7. All electron devices are imported products with original packing and power devices utilize SIEMENS IGBT. Burn-in screen is carried out strictly;
8. SIEMENS logic control devices is used for programming and high-pressure soft-start control units that are specially developed are matched as a core to form a reliable control system jointly;
9. With modular design, it has compact and reasonable structure so that installation, debugging, operation and maintenance are convenient;
10. Compared with series resistance starting mode, the system has little calorific value and good capacity of resisting disturbance.

7. Service environment: altitude does not exceed 2000m. There must not be mediums with explosion hazards, and surrounding mediums must not contain gas that will corrode metal or destroy insulation or conducting medium. Besides, such mediums must not be full of water vapor or serious moulds must not exist. 
VI. Operating principle and application
1. Operating principle 
The speed regulating system is organically composed of PWM driving controller, soft start controller, high-performance IGBT module, PLC, touch screen, switching power supply, heat-removal system and protective absorption circuit and controls voltage output of main loop via PWM in order to regulate speed of DC motors. 
2. Operating procedures (taking DC220V for example)
(1) Connect DC220V power supply with a corresponding input terminal of the master air switch and link load with the equipment's output terminal.
(2) Covert the near/ remote control switch to a relevant position of needed service mode.
(3) Link of remote control terminals:
