Door sander
Profiling polishing brush sander is controlled by computer. The combination of sanding discs and rollers can offer you a good processing effect to the profiled boards.
It is mainly applied to polishing the uneven surface of wooden door, window, and cabinet and so on.

Main features:
1. This machine applies to finish sanding and lacquer polishing of the rugged and curved surface of solid board, high-density fibrous board etc. It mainly suits for doors, windows, cabinets, furniture etc.
2. Adopting vacuum suction device, ensuring to convey smoothly.
3. Sanding rollers take the advanced parallel distribution.
4. The rotation of sanding discs takes sanding rollers rolling and sanding rollers can also rotate themselves.
5. The brush pieces are made of good-quality sisal that is anti-static and easy to replace.
6. On the surrounding of the brush pieces is sanding belt pieces that can be replaced separately.
7. The rotate speed of sanding rollers, the height of sanding discs and the feeding speed of convey belt are shown on the digital indicator.
8. The rotate speed of sanding discs and the linear speed of convey belt can be adjusted by hand-wheel. That is easy to operate.
