Model LSQX-1 Metallic wire spray gun

It employs oxygen-acetylene as heating source and compressed air as power for atomizing, cooling and working of spray gun. After melting of single metallic wire, it sprays to pretreatment surface of workpiece for obtaining ideal coating .Such spray gun can be handhold or fixed on machine lathe. It features skilful, flexible, reliable performance and low investment .

The metallic wire spray gun is divided into high/mid speed. Select high speed spray gun when the melting point of spraying material is below 750ºC; Select mid speed spray gun when the melting point is more than 750ºC.

Oxygen - gas mixing and distribution of various types of boiling powder of the spray gun are based on the jet - absorption principle.
