1. Description:
 
Fish feed extrusion line can be used to producing floating fish feed and sinking fish feed. The floating fish feed pellet machine can make kinds of feed, such as food fish, catfish, shrimps, crab, etc. the fish pellet made by the machine can float on water more than 24 hours. Gelatinization degree can reach 90%, enhance the output of fodders, it is suitable for making floating feed, pet food, fish fodder. The diameter of particle is Φ0.6-16mm. Promising fodder output evenly and continuously.
 
2. Raw materials: adopts corn flour, fish meal as raw materials 
 
3. Products: This line can be used to produce fish pellets, the pellets size can be 
from 1.0mm to 14.0mm by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce dog food, 
cat food

1. Alloy (38CrMoAL) screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roasting or replacing of materials.
 
2. Adopting speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machine, stable materials feeding in the whole food process.

Part 2: Steam heating extruder:
 
Steam conditioning fish feed extruders are with double shaft conditioners for steam conditioning before extrusion. And the steam can be put into the inside of the screw barrel to cook the raw materials very well, and at the same time increasing the moisture of the materials.
 
 
High temperature from the steam combined with the high pressure from the running screws can improve the output capacity.

Q: What kind of fish feed pellet machine do we supply?
A: We have two types floating fish feed pellet machine, one is dry tye fish feed extruder and the other is wet type fish feed machine.
 
Q: What's the difference between dry type extruder and wet type extruder?
A: The biggest difference is the wet type need a steam boiler while the dry type doesn't. In this case, the dry type is cheaper than wet type, and the feed pellets made by wet type extruder is much smooth and with better quality.
Q: What kind of raw materials should I use?
A: A significant majority of protein should come from named aquatic animals (fish, salmon, herring, krill, brine shrimp, plankton, squid) and plants (Spirulina, Kelp, Spinach, Algae, Vegetable Extract) and not from protein add-ons and fillers such as soy, wheat, and corn products, which should (ideally) be limited to no more than 20% of the food.
Q: How long does the floating fish pellet float on the water surface?
A: The feed pellets made by our extruder can float on the water surface for over 24 hours. While the floating time can be adjusted when the pellets are extruded.
Q: Which fish feed pellet machine is suitable for me?
A: Simple speaking, the dry type fish feed pellet machine is better and economic for the small and medium size user or factory while the wet type is suitable for large fish pond holders and feed pellet manufacturers. You can choose it based on your need.
