Introduction
DMC model of pulse bag filter dust removal, it is through the dust filter bag, when the air with dust dust into
the casing, the sudden expansion, because of the airflow velocity plummeted, such big particles by its own
gravity fall into dust collection box, the outer wall of the rest be trapped dust filter bag. In order to guarantee
the normal operation of equipment, and maintain the equipment resistance type DMC pulse dust collector
made of compressed air blowing filter bag, by complete the pulse control system, the spray torch, induced by
the surrounding a large number of air into the filter bag, filter bag instant swelling, cause a pulse vibration, will
be attached to the outside of the filter bag dust deposition shake off, into the dust collection box, the conveyor
discharge outside.
This collector has following features:
1.Resistance to high pressure:the whole structure is a cylinder shape,and the top is a taper shape.It can bear
60000 Pa negative pressure.The collector will not be deformed,and it will work well in the condition of negative
pressure.
2.The body shell has such features as high temperature resistance,anti corrosion.
3.Stainless steel pipe has such features as high temperature resistance,anti corrosion and smooth surface.
4.The electric control cabinet ventilates micro positive compressed air to keep cabinet inside clean.
