Product Description
This disassembly and recycling line for wasted electronic wastes is provided with advantages of high automation degree and high efficiency. Dedicated four shaft shredder and dedicated second-level electronic wastes crusher are adopted, magnetic separation equipment is utilized to conduct material separation treatment of iron content ferrous metal; eddy current separation equipment is utilized to implement separation treatment for non-ferrous metal and nonmetal, harmless treatment is conducted by adopting centralized dust removal method and active carbon filter to filtrate the air, so as to realize the whole process of crushing and classification processing of wasted electronic appliances. This system realizes whole-process PLC control and dynamic real-time monitoring. Characteristics such as low energy consumption, large processing capacity, good economical benefit, small maintenance cost and good processing effect are possessed. Appliances to be disassembled are: wasted refrigerator, air conditioner, television, computer, washing machine, etc.
