At the same time of processing the same material, compared with traditional hydrocyclone ,the overflow fineness is effectively improved, so does the classification efficiency. At the time of gaining the same overflow fineness ,the small diameter hydrocyclone can be instead of large diameter hydrocyclone. In the field application, overflow -325 mesh account for 90% can be obtained from coarse grain materials -200 mesh account for 63% with only one classification.
