Working principle
Heat conduction oil furnace (also called heat conduction oil heater) is the electric heater directly into organic vehicle (heat conduction oil) for heating. Using circulating pump, forced heat conduction oil for liquid phase circulation, then it will transfer the heat to one or more using hot equipments. After the using hot equipment of unloading, through the circulating pump, return to the heater. Then absorbing heat transfer to the using hot equipment again, so round and round, realizing the continuous heat transfer, making the temperature of using hot equipments increase, achieving the technological requirements.
Application
Heat conduction oil heater temperature control by digital-display attemperation, with super temperature alarm, low oil level alarm, super pressure alarm functions, and it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, machinery, printing and dyeing, textile, food, the ships, the film industries.
