Electro-hydraulic servo CNC press brake

1. Performance and features:
a. Both sides oil cylinders use German electro-hydraulic servo valve, with Germany HEIDENHAIN grating bar form a closed loop control, precise feedback, accurate slider operation, so that the bending accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy is very high.
b. Hydraulic convex automatic compensation system to resolve the impact of the workpiece quality because of the slider deformation during bending. The number of compensation is controlled by the numerical control system since the operation of electro-hydraulic servo CNC press brake is convenient and accurate.
c. Use various function back gauge, can control various back gauge aixes. The parts of back gauge are all imported. Such as rails, screw, bearing all imported originals to ensure the accuracy of the gauge.
d. Body welded structure, easy to transport, easy to process, to ensure the accuracy of the machine.
e. The important parts of the machine such like body, slider are using ANSYS finite element analysis software for analysis, to ensure the reliability of the machine.
f. The hydraulic system uses Germany integrated control system, to reduce the piping installation, improve machine stability, appearance and simple.
g. NC system using Netherlands DELEM, SWitzerland CYBELEC, Italy ESA.
h. On both sides equipped with a C plate, high-precision grating bar installed in the C-type board, in order to avoid impact of bending accuracy because of the body deformation.
