Electrolyte Plasma Polishing Equipment is usually used for final polishing for various kinds of work-pieces, such as: stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and other conductive materials. It can easily treat various kinds of work-pieces and make its surface effect more perfect.
After polishing process, the work-pieces have been polished uniformly. Whole work-pieces' surface including dead parts can achieve same mirror effect.
Electrolyte-Plasma Polishing Equipment performs by extreme high precision control, the minimum effect on size, usually can be controlled in 0.1μm/min. it also can Polish some artificial parts which cannot be precisely polished by manual work.
Unlike the electrochemical polishing, the plasma polishing process takes place in solution of inorganic salts that ecologically safe and does not require any special treatment facilities.
