Pre-treatment: | All metal substrate is required to be degreasing, ferrous metals use zinc or iron phosphating, aluminum recommend chromium treatment to improve the corrosion resistance. Generally substrate need to meet the neutral phosphide 48 hours, phosphate coating no abnormal. |
Application: |
EP Series Powder Coatings can be manual or automatic electrostatic spray gun coating, the powder coating can be recycled by a appropriate recovery system, recycled powder with new powder ratio is roughly 3:7, the specific ratio is according to the actual situation. The powder coating thickness is usually controlled less than 100 microns, in order to avoid the stream hung and pinhole. |

EP Series Powder Coating can have texture of aluminum silver and copper gold surface effect, but it has problems with the scratches, oxidation and resistant to fingerprints, it need to cover a layer of transparent powder to overcome these drawbacks. Transparent powder should be sprayed within two hours after spraying metal powder. Handling gloves need to keep clean. LEP (quick response) is applied to the field of low temperature or short curing time: Product Code: L series Curing Temperature: 160C*15 minutes (workpiece temperature) /180C*8 minutes (workpiece temperature) EP Series of low-light powder in the case of flexibility, performance declined, anti-yellowing properties deteriorate. EP Series of sand grain powder which gloss less than 10%, its aging properties, corrosion resistance, and flexible performance will decline more. EP Series wrinkle powder because of its characteristics, is poor resistance of salt spray, please be carefully chosen according to the application requirements. |
