We ship by traceable ground delivery. If you require expedited shipping please contact us before paying to let us know the preferred shipping method so that we may calculate additional costs.
We ship to your paypal confirmed mailing address so please be sure that is current and up to date.
Warranty & Returns
Unless otherwise noted, refurbished products are backed by our 30 day Guarantee against defects.
Please note: items given 1 Year warranties will override the 30 day guarantee
One year warranty for end users, 90 days for resellers
Your purchases may be fully refunded within 14 days of original purchase if not completely satisfied.
Returns are accepted but must be initiated by the buyer within the following time periods:
Defective Items - within the warranty period
Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt
Return shipping to be paid by buyer. Our actual shipping and handling costs (items listed as free shipping) is not refundable and will be noted in the receipt for clarification. Items must be returned in our original packaging and in original condition.
Items showing signs of abuse or neglect will not be accepted for return under the warranty agreement.
