The manufactory introduce Italy boilers complete production line, use FERROLI GRUPPO advanced technology and management system. The design of boilers is adhering FERROLI idea, through scientific calculation and repeated testing, to make sure the boiler operation durable, and in high efficient; The Quality Supervision department are in whole process tracking the boilers, all pipes, plates through physical and chemical test; All semi-finished boilers are made by CNC equipments and laser cutting, so as to guarantee its precise and reliable; For welding process, we use automatic submerged arc welding, argon arc welding and gas shielded arc welding etc, between fire tubes and steel plates, we use advanced MAG welding technology, by welding after expansion; Before boilers export, they must pass strictly test, including water pressure and burning test etc.
QingDao Production Base implements FERROLI GRUPPO boilers global production plan, except for China and Asia area, we are also responsible for supply products to other parts of the global.
