The working principle: The Power passed to the clutch's gearbox through output shaft of the tractor, then via a universal joint drive shaft to the rotary tillage ridging fertilizer applicator primary transmission, via the drive shaft to the secondary transmission, finally through the secondary transmission to rotary knife roller, make the knife roller two-way install ridging knife forward quickly as a rotation movement, automobile lift the soft soil after the rotary tillage, ridge into proper height, width ridging and get the efficient, accurate and reliable effects.
The installation of rotary knife of ridging installed on the roller rotary tillage blade is in accordance with its center. Both sides of the coulter all reverse assembled so the rotation movement can throw away the soil of ridge top.
Fertilization structure: Install sprocket on the spine shaft via secondary transmission. Then the chain drive special fertilization gearbox, via small chain wheel to the rotating propeller, the fertilizer will comminute the two bins and the fertilization tube will broadcast in right ridging depth.
