Rotary dryer machine description
Our dryer machine can dry the wet material with the moisture 20%-70% to 10%.
The wet materials are transported in to the material hopper by the belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then with the help of the screw conveyor the material can be send into the cylinder of the drum drying machine, the drum dryer is a little oblique. Along with the revolving of the drum dryer, the material move to the lower side. When the wet material move forward, it received the heat from the heater directly. As a result, the material is dried.
There is shoveling plate inside the cylinder in order to shovel material and cast it out to promote efficiency, and accelerate the forward movement of material.
The fire stove can use the gas, coal, electricity, wood chips, burner rig or other things for heating the cylinder, in order to reduce the customer's cost, we can design it according to the requirement of the customer.
