It is an automatic machine with multi-working station, which has the function of photocell detection, failure alarm, counter and the advantages of humanism design, safer operation and easier maintenance.
It produces one side pe film coated paper cups after running a whole procedure of automatic preprinted fan shape paper feeding, cup side body sealing, silicone oil lubricating(for top curling), bottom punching, bottom preheating and prefolding, main heating, bottom knurling, top curling and cup discharging.
Unique design with net guard cover, better for heat dissipation, ensure the machine has a longer life span.
Advantages compare to other machine supplier
1. We use standard 6*6 mm angle iron for the machine frame, and it weight 1500kg without any lying. (i know many cheap machines only use 5*5mm, and sometimes even not the standard 5*5 and even worse, and the weight they mark is fake.
2. We have three cam to control the cup clamp system, which is very import part in the machine, it will enable the machine run more fluently.
Totally 8 cams driven the machine.
3. The knurling part is special than others, we have one shaft inside, it is 4 times power strength as other's machine, and it make the the low leaking ratio and high quality as others cups, and when it working, it like bird flying.
4. Our machine cover could be all take off in 2 minutes, and it is much easy for repair and maintenance. The design is concise but practicle.
5. Machine inner structure design, the big spring, we install inside, which will accept the force evenly, and will have a better performance. So that the machine will not pause/stop while inching. It is good for adjusting and running.
