The loss-in-weight feeder can perform accurate, reliable and continuous quantitative feeding or precise batch proportioning of powders, chips, granules and other dry and bulk materials. It brings customers the added advantages of reduced material wastes, enhanced mixture consistency and increased profits. This device has a wide range of applications in plastic modification, continuous proportioning of food or industrial chemical raw materials, as well as plastic compound extrusion.

Features
- A variety of communication interfaces: Two RS2 interfaces, one Ethernet interface and one RS485 interface;
- Servomotor speed control: Stable torque at a low rotating speed is guaranteed, the response speed of the motor is improved, the volume and weight of the scale body are reduced, and the range of speed adjustment is broadened;
- Controller: The controller is based on PLC technology and integrated with the loss-in-weight scale algorithm chip, and the influence on the scale due to regular vibration and accidental external force is overcome. While the flexibility of PLC control is retained, the weight acquisition speed is guaranteed, and the sensitivity of PID regulation of the loss-in-weight scale is improved;
- Operation and display: The industrial touch screen is adopted, the display picture can be freely customized according to users' needs, and rich reports and data analysis can assist customers in adjusting processes.
