INTRODUCTION
Gemvon MF-3245/ ZH-110 is designed specifically for winding composite cylinders and high-pressure pipeline epoxy resin system. This product doesn't contain solvents, has excellent mechanical properties and thermal property. It is composed of modified epoxy resin MF-3245 and modified curing agent ZH-110. This product also has excellent thermal deformation properties and better mechanical properties. It can guarantee in improving the fracture toughness while maintaining a high glass transition temperature and the tensile modulus.
TYPICAL PROPERTIES
Excellent heat deformation performance and flexibility;
Excellent fracture toughness, which prevent cracking effectively;
Long enough pot life at mix material temperature, and quickly cured gel speed at 120 º C and above.
Good performance of the fiber infiltration
APPLICATIONS
Applicable to all types of composite cylinders and high-pressure pipeline, and other composite materials with higher voltage winding component requirements.
Processing methods and conditions
For the winding process of composite materials, typical gelation temperature range is 130 º C 150 º C, and post curing temperature is 160 º C - 180 º C.
