Process of Manufacture
Fruit is picked as near as possible to maturity and frozen as soon as possible after picking(<12hrs)
The fruit should be washed and inspected manually to remove any foreign matter and excessive
Defects before being filled into lined corrugated containers and sealed with tape or sacks. The product is then removed and stored at - 18C or less to await despatch.
