1. Structural characteristics
Products are made of SUS304 stainless steel material which avoids producing corrosion and the secondary pollution of tableware.
2. With unique conveyor
Mesh belt with bigger conveyor can wash more dishes. Also it can be removed and change alone, simple and convenient maintenance. Conveyor with soft pressure belt can prevent the tableware from jumping by the high pressure, which avoid the damage of tableware.
3. Unique sprinkler pipe design
Sprinkler pipe adopts no nozzle design, flushing force is bigger. Washing dishes with forming a water curtain can wash anywhere of the tableware. Washing capacity is strength. The sprinkler pipe can be removed. It is convenient to clean. The Filter is placed above the water tank which is simple and convenient to observe tableware residues and can timely flush filter. It can prevent clogging.
4. Multifunctional water tank design, cycling use of water
This dishwasher is equipped with independent three water tank, water can be cycling used. The direction of the water cycle is against the direction of conveyor. First for cough wash water tank, for the first cleaning of tableware. The second tank is for cleaning water tank. The main role is to flush out the residual water on the tableware. When the water tank is over a certain height, the water will automatically flow to the first tank. The third tank is completely cleaning water tank which rinse clear water to tableware. Then make sure achieve the purpose of thoroughly clean without leaving residue. After rinsing, water will automatically flow to the second tank, used for circulation, so as to save water and the purpose of environmental protection to save money.
5. High quality water pump
The pump uses stainless steel housing, contains impeller and the rotating axis acid. Resisting to acid and alkali, long service life, high efficiency, rinse clean, low noise.
6. Humanized control system
The equipment control system controlled by partitioning. Each part is equipped with independent control, flexible operation. The flexible using is convenient for customer to inspect and maintenance.
