Fume Hood
1. The whole specification: (L1500*W800*H2350)+-10mm
A. Top Body demetion: (1500*800*1500)+-10mm
B. Worktop: 13mm phenolic resin worktop
C. Bottom dimention: (1500*800*1500)+-10mm
D. The height from the worktop to the ground: 850mm+-10mm
E. The inner useful working space: >=1360*720*1200mm
2. Body combination: Adopt the three-stage combination type, top body(fume hood), middle(worktop), bottom body(with unilateral independent cabinet and the other side independent cabinet to hold the pipe system of the water, electricity and air);
3. Top body(fume hood): 16mm melamine and intermediate-density fiberboard; The bracket are made of 1.5mm cooled-steel, after welding, then coated wth epoxy resin.
4. Top body (fume hood) lining panel: Made of the special lining compact panel with acid & alkali reistance imported from European & American.
5. Air deflector: The material is the same as the lining panel, the install position and the angle of the air deflector let the distribution of the air exhausted very equality, without dead-angle. Under the standard status, the ratio of the above and the middle & below air outlet is 50%, it can insure the exhaust of the different density air. Also can improve the ratio of the middle and the below exhaust cover >=80%, this can meet the different experiments's requirements.
7. Bottom cabinet: The bracket was made of 1.5mm cooled steel, after welded then coated with epoxy resin, the outer was made of 18mm melamine, with the height-adjusted foot.
8. Door panel of the bottom cabinet: Made of the MDF, sealed with 2mm PVC (water-proof), it looks very well.
9. Assistant air inlet port: The position is under the front panel, it is made of the cooled steel. It can provide the air source when closed the windows, it can reduce the rip current from the below hatch of the windows.
10. The frame and the track of the adusted door:
A. Material: Made of the stainless steel
B. When install the tightwire at the right and left of the doors, the tightwire should hide in the orbit. It should not friction with the orbit when draw it up and down. Also should insure the safety of the tightwire and chemical corrosion problems.
C. When design the handle of the door, it need to meet the requirments of the human engineering, in order to convenient for users application of a force to pull it up and down.
D. The outer frame and the glass of the door adopt the embedded type combination, alsi insured the safety and the durable.
E. When full-opened the door, the height is >=760mm.
11. The glass of the door: 6mm(+-5%) safety tempered glass.
12. The tightwire of the door: Equipped with the tightwire at the right and left of the door for the each fume hood, The load-bearing for each tightwire >=150kg, it can insure the safety and the long life.
13. The tight pulley block
1) Pulley-fixed block: Made of 2mm galvanized steel panel, with the embedded type design to insure the stabilization.
2) Pulley: Manufactured from the Nylon lathe with the diamention 35mm.
3) Pulley bearing: Adopt the ball bearing and the steel pulley stick to manufacture.
14. Counter weight: Adopt the single counter weight design, with the silence track to control the up-down slide and can avoid the shake and collision.
15. Air collector cover: Made of the macromolecule plastic material, with the conicity type and acid-alkali resistance air collector cover. The inlet of the bottom is oblong shape, the diammeter of the top outlet is 250mm, the height of the outlet connector pipe is above 50mm, It is convenient to connect with the fan-pipe. Air collector have the very good collector-angle and circularity.
16. Lighting equipment: Adopt the all-cover base design(with the vent hole), with 5mm(+-5%) glass in the base, with a 220V, 40W light in the cover.
