PINGXING Wood Factory located in Zhao' An Zhangzhou city with two main reasons, one because of local abundant Eucalyptus & Pine forests, another its our factory can supply local surplus labors more than 200 jobs, current our factory has an area of 200, 000 Square Meters, with total investment amount of 35, 000, 000CNY, Year Value of 25, 000, 000CNY. Current has four production lines for Plywood, and two productioin line for Auto. Rotary Cutting Veneers.
Our factory main plywood is Eucalyptus plywood (hardwood plywood), Pine plywood, Birch Marine Plywood and Combi-Wood Plywood. Current Month Capacity is 4000 CBM. Plywood thickness available from 3MM - 30MM. Plywood Boars of size 1220X2440mm(4' X8' ), 1250X2500mm, 915X1830(3' X6' ) or as per your requirement. Plywood grades including:
Shutterring Plywood & Film Faced Plywood for Construction.
Fancy Plywood & MFC (Melamine faced chipboard) For Furnitrue.
Marine Plywood
Plain Plywood for package.
Secondary products is interior phyllostachys pubescens Bamboo plywood, bamboo board, bamboo panels, of length 1000mm, 1200mm, 2000mm, 2200mm, 2500mm. Width from 5mm to 1250mm. Thickness from 3mm to 100mm. The bamboo color has natural or carbonization treatment. Including grains / Structure of Full horizonal, Full vertical grain, cross vertical and horizonal structure.
Also we supply exterior strandwoven bamboo board, And bamboo horsetable.
Aslo outdoor strand woven bamboo bride panels, bamboo flooring...
Third Main products is Eucalyptus short Core Veneers. Current Month capacity is 3000 CBM. The Veneer thickness from us is 0.8MM - 2.5MM. Veneer sheet is 1270 X 640MM and 970 X 480MM. The Moisture is about 16%. The grade is AA Grades.
