Shanghai Skylong Packaging Machinery Co. Ltd established in 1993, with the investments for more than 1.3million in USD. We have been succeeded in developing liquid aseptic filling machine and aseptic food packaging materials, based on the cooperation with well-known Zhejiang University and Jiangnan University, owning Independent intellectual property rights. Currently, annual output for aseptic packaging machine can be up to 50 sets, also having the production ability for 4 billion packs per year. Skylong are engaged in finishing building up another new factory with 12 billion packs outputs per year in Jintan in 2013, which is located in Jiangsu province, China.
Our products can be divided into two parts as follows:
Aseptic filling machine: Capacity for brick type can be up to 2500-7000 packs per hour.
Capacity for Gable top type can be up to 1200-2500 packs per hour.
Foods can be used: Pure milk, yogurt, peanut milk, soy milk, pure and mixed fruit juice, coffee, plant protein, tea beverage etc.
Aseptic packaging materials: Brick type in roll fit for machine TBA 9, TBA19/1, TBA19/2
We are mainly dealing in Brick type and Gable top in patch, which can be suitable for SIG and IP (ELOPAK, SIGUO)machines respectively.
