Trypsin is a proteolytic enzyme, which specifically cleaves positively charged side chains with lysine and arginine. The optimum pH is 8.0. Trypsin is inhibited by natural inhibitors from pancreas. Calcium ion retards trypsin autolysis and promotes activation of trypsinogen.
Linzyme ultrapure Trypsin has been further purified by affinity chromatography to remove trace contamination.
Trypsinogen is the zymogen form of trypsin. It belongs to the molecular class of serine protease. The molecular weight of Chymotrypsinogen is 24000 Da.
Linzyme Trypsinogen is purified by several crystallization stages, and shows a single band on SDS-PAGE.
Trypsin 1: 250 is a substance containing lower activity Trypsin. Other than Trypsin 1: 250, There is a similar and popular product called Trypsin 1: 300.
Linzyme Trypsin 1: 250 is extracted from porcine pancreas or bovine pancreas, according to customers' requirement, and further processed by advanced separation and purification technology, to get high quality products.
