The bearing structure is combined by beam strips and grids with the following main features: The comprehensive porosity is as high as over 58%. It can satisfy the requirement of high gas velocity at 1.5-2m/s. The product is low in manufacturing cost and easy to produce. Only slight change can be brought to renovate an old plant to meet the design requirements. It is very easy to maintain and repair the bearing structure. We can produce various beam strips with widths not smaller than 40mm, heights not greater than 260mm and lengths not greater than 2000mm and containing 75% of AL2O3. In addition, various grids with widths and lengths not greater than 220mm can be produced according to user requirement.
