The major character of our Grinding Balls is that: High hardness, low breakage, good wear-resistance, lower price. It is mainly used in cement plants, mines, power stations etc. The hardness and chemical composition of our grinding balls as follows:
1. Forged steel balls

Chemical elements: C: 0.52-0.65; Si: 0.15-0.37; Mn: 0.6-1.2; S & P: 0.04Max; Cr: 0.25Max.
2. Forged steel balls (75MNCR)

Hardness: HRC58-65
Chemical elements:
C: 0.75-0.85; Si: 0.17-0.35; Mn: 0.7-0.9; Cr: 0.4-0.6; Al: 0.01-0.06; S/P≤ 0.03; Cu≤ 0.2; Ni≤ 0.2
3. High chrome cast balls
Size: 17mm-150mm
Hardness: HRC58-65; Chrome content: 11-27%
4. Low chrome cast balls

Hardness: HRC45-55; Chrome content: 1-3.5%
