GYFTY-Technical specification for SMF Optical Fiber Cable
(Suitable for Aerial or Duct installation)
This specification covers the stranded loose tube type optical fiber cables and technical properties complying with the latest YD/T 901-2009 standard.
1. Brief introduction of optical fiber cables
GYFTY: FRP strength member, Loose tube stranded and filled with jelly, dry cable core, GRP yarn, rip cord, Outer PE sheath, optical cable for outdoor.
Application:
Single Jacket glass yarn cables are lightweight with small diameter and designed for duct and aerial installation with lashing method. The loose tube design with a FRP strength member and glass yarn for provides stable performance over a wide temperature range and is compatible with any telecommunication grade optical fiber.

l Up to 288 fibers
l Low attenuation, low dispersion, stable control of excess length makes the optical cable perfect mechanical and environmental properties.
l Can Moisture barrier with water blacking tape and water blacking glass yarn.
l Designed in accordance with applicable industry technical specifications, standards and references including IEC and EN
