Product Description

I. Brief introduction of the production line 1. The small gypsum size 0-5mm goes through hopper, electronic vibrating feeder, bucket elevator, goes into 600t raw material silo, then through the silo bottom bar valve, electrical scale feeding into rotary kiln quantificationally. After calcining, the semi-hydrated gypsum goes into rotary cooler, bucket elevator into gypsum clinker silo. Then going into the fan grinder by the electronic vibrating feeder, then the semi-hydrated gypsum powder is feeding into the gypsum powder ageing silo by the airflow. The gypsum powder in the silo, after the arrangement of the speed adjustment rotary feeder, then through the FU chain conveyor, goes into the bulk silo and packing middle silo to bulk and pack.
2. Kiln end waste gas goes through kiln end, cyclone dust collector, bag filter, draft fan, then reach the standard to discharge into the atmosphere. The collected dust goes into the kiln waste silo by the conveying system. Then conveying to gypsum production workshop by labor.

II. System structure
According to the technology requirement, this production line includes five system: Raw material conveying system, rotary calcining system, kiln end dust collection system, powder grinding system and storage, ageing and packing system.
1. Raw material conveying system
The small gypsum size 0-5mm goes through hopper, electronic vibrating feeder, bucket elevator, goes into 600t raw material silo
2. Rotary calcining and cooling system
We choose rotary kiln model 2.8X45m with motor power 75kw. The kiln body is made of Q235B steel. The body steel thickness is 25mm. The using life of the main body of the kiln is more than 20 years. The liner uses the first grade high alumina refractory bricks. For the kiln external thermal insulation, using the alumina-silicate refractory fiber felts to lower the body heat loss. The system heating consumption is 350kcal/kg. The raw material in the silo through the silo bottom bar valve, electrical scale feeding into rotary kiln quantificationally. After calcining, the semi-hydrated gypsum goes into rotary cooler, bucket elevator into gypsum clinker silo.
3. Kiln end dust collection system
Choosing the cyclone and PPC two grade dust collector, the kiln end waste gas reaches the standard.
4 Powder grinding system
The main machinery choose fan grinder.

III. Electric control systemElectric control system(DCS(Distributed Control System)) choose Siemens electronic components. PLC chooses Mitsubishi, Japanese Q series PLC AND CC-LINK FCS to centralized control the machinery scattered in everywhere.
