Meanwhile, we also imported 7 sets of injection moulding machines from the world famous manufacturer Hong Kong Chenhsong Group, equipped with advanced fitting moulds and other supporting facilities, to reach an annual production capacity of 60,000 metric tons of polyolefin pipes and fittings. Our new Two-step ( Tack/ Final ) submerged-arc Helical Welded Pipe production line has the international advanced equipment from PWS, the subsidiary of SMS Meer from Germany. This process also eliminates the tensile stress of the weld seam during the pipe forming and submerged-arc welding, effectively avoids the radial offset and transverse crack, hence improves the quality of the weld seam and stability of the weld seam and stability of the welded joints and productivities. These pipes are widely used in oil, petrochemical, gas and offshore pipelines.
