High based number sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate (T122) is one of series of lubricant additive products which were cooperative to be produced by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and Xinxiang Ruifeng Chemical Co., Ltd. It is produced through the vulcanization, neutralization, hi-alkalization reaction with the main component of dodecyl-phenol. T122 is a lubricant additive with comprehensive performance and wide application. It has excellent abilities in acid-neutralization, high-temperature detergency and remarkable performance in anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, demulsibility and oil solubility. It has preferable compatibility with sulphonate, olefine-succinmide, ZDDP, and other additives. It has notable effect in reducing carbon deposition of piston top ring groove, and it is widely used to mediate middle and high grade engine oil.
