Technical Description
WNS automatic oil(gas)-fired steam boiler is the horizontal, 3-pass, fire-tube boiler, mainly consisted of shell, undee furnace, diversion smoke chamber, fire tubes, etc. The fuel can be light oil, heavy oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, city coal gas and so on. Boiler controlling and safety systems
1. The controlling and safety systems are interlocked in an electric control cabinet (ECC).
2. The burning and security operation are controlled by ECC. It has the following basic functions:

Locking and protection program of operation
Protection program of extinction
Protection program of completion
Protection program of water pumps (pressure loss)
Protection program of ignition failure
Protection program of combustion engine malfunction

Oil-fuel/Gas-fuel horizontal organic heat-carrier boiler
YY(Q)W horizontal oil(gas)-fuel boiler is a kind of forced circulation oil(gas)-fuel organic heat-carrier boiler. The heating surface of this series of boiler is compact. The heating surface consists of inner, (middle) outside disc tubes. The inner ones will be radiantly heated while the middle and the outside ones will form the convection heating surface. The fuel will be burnt in the combustor formed by the disc tubes. And the most heat will be absorbed by the radiant heating surface, then the air of high temperature will enter the convection heating surface to exchange heat. At last, the air and smoke of low temperature will be
Discharged directly to the atmosphere through the chimney.
Features:
1. The heat efficiency is high and the structure is special. The general heat efficiency can reach up to 90%.
2. The horizontal design is easy and convenient to operate.
3. With the disc tubes, the heating surface can be heated fully and the heat load of the tube can be lowered.
This makes the conductive oil safer.
4. The size of the hearth matches the flame. The heat exchange rate is rather high.
5. The control system is accurate and the temperature of the conductive oil can be controlled within ± 1º C.
