whole Molding injection shell,Modified reinforced Ploycarbonate & ABS base on first classic Ploycarbonate. High strength and toughness,high anti-impact,better than GA294 Standard,meet NIJ01.4.02 standard,good heat/cold/acid resistance,The paint is 5 times, more than others(only 2 times paint) ,original paint oil and thinner better than others,supply high bright and high surface harden.
Helmet lining:
air suspension adjustable system to fit all sizes.Comfortable and soft fabric with Polyfoam anti-impact layer,covered by soft rubber leather as cushioning deck,supply for good protection of head and good look.PU Litchi leather with 4mm Sponge supply better protect for cheek.fire resistance nyloon strip,quick release buckle.
Strip and chin strap:
Silica gel/rubber/leather/medicine PVC/genuine leather is available.
Neck protector: It consist of a big fire resistant oxford.
Helmet visor:
PC Flat visor,Molding visor,Hardening surface treatment,Surface strengthening hardening value:4H; no points in visor.resistant to impact,scartch,abrade,3 mm in thickness and not anti-fog, 93% transmittance,HIGHER 8 Point than others.The material of visor frame is stainless iron, better stengthdurability, with elastic.visor frame thickness:1.5mm. width:13mm.
