I. Product Introduction
As a medium-frequency induction heating power supply, high-frequency inverting diathermy and quenching power supply series adopts three-phase bridge rectification power supply, IGBT power device full bridge inverting and load-matching medium-frequency transformer made of ultracrystallite alloy materials or high-performance ferrite materials and realizes adjustable medium-frequency output power by LC series resonance working mode. In the entire work process, it adopts power closed-loop control, the working frequency follows the loaded inductance value changes of the induction coil automatically, with whole-course soft switching control, it generates little electromagnetic interference. With a power factor more than 0.92 and a power conversion efficiency higher than 0.95,

6. It has soft start and soft turn-off functions.
7. Adopting power closed-loop control, it has protection functions such as current-limiting, voltage-limiting, power-limiting and phase-deficient, overcurrent, overvoltage and over-temperature protection functions etc.
8. It has an automatic voltage-limiting function, when the output voltage is equal to or greater than 1.1 times of the rated voltage, the voltage will be limited.
9. It has an automatic current-limiting function, when the output current is equal to or greater than 1.1 times of the rated current, the current will be limited.
10. The power factor is more than 0.92 and the conversion efficiency of power supply is higher than 0.95.
