Product Description
Material: 1)paint-UV;
2)base material- MDF, particle board or plywood.
MDF: Could be E0, E1, E2 grade. Density: 720KG/cubic meter.
Plywood: Inside is eucalyptus, surface is Okoume. Melamine glue. It's water resistence. 4-8hours in boiling water.
3)Aluminium foil between the UV and boards.
Craft: Hot pressing the aluminium foil on the double sides of boards, then do UV curtain coating on the aluminium.
( 7-8 times UV coating: UV bottom coating, and uv surface coating. )
After these process, quickly dry with ultraviolet light.
Backside:
